The Discussion will present some challenging cases of bleeding presenting into emergency department.
A high degree of clinical suspicion is necessary to pick up the diagnosis and offer urgent treatment. Delay in management is often life threatening.
It will also cover emergency reversal of patients on anti-platelet and anticoagulant therapy. Scenarios where it is appropriate to use an antidote and where it isn't.
